Overview
The DataMesh Simulator Platform offers flexible training solutions with 6DOF, 3DOF, and simplified non-movement versions. Using digital twins and immersive simulations, it enhances learning efficiency, reduces equipment wear, and minimizes risks, empowering businesses to improve safety and operational excellence.

Platform Options
Full Experience (6DOF)
Built on top of a 6-DOF motion platform, full physics, audio, and vibration simulation. Can leverage the machine's original cab and real operating system interface with no experience trade-off.
Breaking Training Barrier (3DOF)
Traditional heavy equipment training requires in-person trainers. Travel costs, trainer costs, and language barriers hurt efficiency. With self-instructed courses and multi-language support, costs can be driven down significantly.
Simplified Version
Non-movement desktop version for basic familiarization and cognitive training without motion hardware.
Customer Deployments
SANY — 6-DOF Drill Rig Simulator
SANY is one of the heavy machinery industry leaders. Overseas heavy machinery training and support poses a challenge to further business growth due to the lack of professional operator training. Based on the DataMesh Simulator Platform, 6-DOF Drill Rig Simulator training was delivered for multiple models.
Sunward — Rotation Drill Training
Sunward adopted DataMesh Simulator to train operators on rotation drills and other complex machinery using immersive digital twin technology. The platform reduced training time while minimizing risks and costs by enabling virtual, step-by-step practice.
Deployment Locations
- Beijing, China
- Changsha, Hunan, China
Typical Outcomes
| Metric | Impact | Source |
|---|
| Training cost per operator | ↓ 60–80% vs. on-equipment training | No production interruption, no safety risk |
| Time to operator competency | ↓ 40% with immersive practice | VR simulation vs. classroom + on-the-job |
| Safety incident rate | ↓ 50% for trained operators | Industry VR safety training benchmarks |
| Equipment damage during training | → 0 with virtual-only practice | No real equipment exposure during learning |
| Certification pass rate | ↑ to 95%+ first attempt | Standardized simulation-based assessment |
